Joe enjoyed helping to build his new Ikea cabinet. He can now keep all his toys neatly organised and tidy around the house. Well we can try and get get him to do that anyway.

Maybe this will be a career choice? He looks here like a talented natural actor performing on the big stage to vast audiences with his elephant, or maybe he'll just end up in Emmerdale.

Joseph saw an elephant and a horse today in Knaresborough but it was a bit cold and him and Daddy were not very enthusiastic about playing football.

Santa needs money for his presents

Joseph spotted Santa parked outside the bank in Knaresborough today. We think he was getting some more money to buy presents with and had stopped at the only bank with any money left in it. Anyway, Joseph went to have a closer look but Santa just made him cry again.

Santa has reached Yorkshire

Joseph was there to see the arrival of Santa in Yorkshire ready for his Christmas deliveries. He wasn't very impressed. Maybe because they use horses instead of reindeer up in Yorkshire.

Christmas spirit

We have been trying but Joseph hasn't really got into the Christmas spirit much yet.

Joseph's pet mouse

Joseph has his first pet- a mouse that loves to follow him around the house. The mouse is easy to look after as it only eats Daddy's apple.

penguins

Joseph is very confused. Where could he possibly be that he can see penguins happily living outdoors. He must be in the arctic or somewhere really cold like that. Is he on an exotic holiday????? no just down the road in Yorkshire at Harewood. Who ever said it was warmer down South?

The first haircut

Joseph has just had his first ever haircut and looks very smart now so thanks for that Stuart. His cousin Finn has had 3 haircuts so far so Joe has some catching up to do.

All done in time for Christmas and very pleased how it has turned out. Just one room left to do and the whole house is finished. Can't believe the end is in sight. But as the builders told me- the Sistine Chapel was painted quicker.
